  1. 2 cupsoaked black chana(overnight in water)
  2. 3 cupwater
  3. as per tastesalt
  4. 3tspmasalas-
  5. 2tsp coriander powder,
  6. 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  7. 1/2 tsp ,turmeric powder
  8. kadha masala-
  9. 1 black cardamom,
  10. 1 jayfel,
  11. 1 chakra phool kali
  12. 3onion finely chopped
  13. 2tomatoes pureed
  14. pinchhing
  15. 3 tspmustard oil

    Firstly wash the soaked black chana then pour in a cooker,on it add black cardomon,1jayfel

  2. 2

    And 1 fool kali and add water close the lid when 4whistle came sim the gas for 15min

  3. 3

    After that turn off the gas

    Meanwhile heat a kadhai add 3tsp mustard oil,pinch of hing and add finely chopped onions

  5. 5

    Saute it well then add masalas 3tsp coriander powder,2tsp kitchen king and salt as per taste

    Half tsp turmeric powder cook in a low flame then add pureed tomatoes cook for a more min

  7. 7

    Then add black chana with water close the lid and cook for more 10min after that mash the chana with spatula

  8. 8

    Cook for more min

    For tadka heat a pan add 1tsp ghee and add slicely cut chilli then pour it in a curry

  10. 10

    Its ready
