Eggless Mango Mousse Eggless Mango Mousse
How about celebrating the friday night with some chilled, rich and creamy mango dessert?? Definitely Yes! I ain't giving up on the mangoes yet. Therefore, today I made this Eggless Mango Mousse which is the best homemade dessert you can enjoy these summers.Mousse means foam in French which implies the airy texture this dessert should have. So yes, it's basic ingredients has to be either eggs or whip cream or both, to incorporate air into the mixture. I used whipped cream as the base which gives it a little rich flavour and somewhat heavier texture than the one made with eggs. To make it more creamy, I added my secret ingredient, hung curd and lastly my star ingredient, the MANGO!Boom! 💥You get the perfect sweet treat for your temptations. One thing to keep in mind is to whip the cream until soft peaks form. Don't wait untill it's stiff. Add Alphonso mangoes for the best taste and add sugar as per your preference. You can also choose the nuts and seeds you love.My family adored me for this dessert. Try it asap and lemme know if your family too loved it. ❤️#nonindian Vertika Tyagi -
Mango Mousse Cake Mango Mousse Cake
I wanted to make a mousse with mango juice which is easier to obtain than mango purées.You can also make the mango juice with mango purées. I also think you can just pour the mousse into small containers as opposed to doing so into a cake pan. Rather than serving the mousse on its own, it'll taste more balanced by serving it with this jelly. For 18 cm [7.1 in] cake pan. Recipe by SOL* cookpad.japan -

Fresh Cherrie Mousse Fresh Cherrie Mousse
This is a delicious fresh tasting light and creamy cherrie mousse. The mousse itself is very quick and easy . The cherrie juice is also easy but takes a little extra time. I make cherry juice every year with the fresh cherries and freeze it to have on hand. If you can find unsweetened cherrie juice you can substitute that. fenway -

Peach Mousse Peach Mousse
I found some really cheap peaches at the greengrocers...5 for 198 yen! I bought them without hesitation. Not only were they cheap, they were pretty tasty too. I love peaches second only to mangoes. I thought if I made mousse with them, it would be amazing. That's how this recipe was born. You can use any liqueur you like instead of peach liqueur. If you want the jelly to be pink, you can also add grenadine syrup for a pretty color.Make sure to cool the peach jelly down before pouring it over the mousse! (If it's warm, the mousse will melt and sink.) For 6 small glasses worth. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -

Grape Mousse Grape Mousse
I had delicious grapes, so I thought I would make mousse with them. This mousse is very moist, so it's fluffy and smooth, my favorite combination.I used Dole 100% grape juice.I used sheet gelatin. If you are using powdered gelatin, use five times more water to dissolve. If you use small grapes you don't have to cut them in half, but you should take the seeds out if they bother you.
