Stir-Fried Sea Bass with Chinese Celery

Ingredients

  1. 300 gFish fillet, sliced
  2. 3 tbsps wheat flour
  3. 2 tbsps Vegetables oil
  4. 2-3 garlic cloves cloves, smashed
  5. 5 Chilli, sliced
  6. 1/2 cup Ginger, sliced
  7. 2 tbsps Soy sauce
  8. 1/3 cup Water
  9. 2 cupsCelery

Cooking Instructions

    Mix fish with wheat flour. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat. When cooked, scoop up and set aside to drain the oil.

    Heat the wok pour olive oil. Add garlic, chilies, ginger stir fry till aromatic add water, fish and celery seasoning with soy sauce stirred fried 2-3 mins. Serve with steam rice.
