  4. 3-4 cloves garlic
  5. 1-2 tablespoons fermented fish sauce
  6. 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon lime juice
  8. A pinch of sugar
  9. 2 sprigs finely chopped cilantro
  10. 1-2 tablespoons lime juice
  11. 1 green onion
  12. Boiled eggs and vegetables of your choice
