  14. Khade masale-
  15. 3-4laung
  16. 1Dal chini
  17. 2tej ptta
  18. 4kali mirch
  19. 1moti ealaichi
  20. 1choti elaichi
  21. 4-5 cupmaida
  22. 1 cupCurd
  23. 2 tsp oil
  24. PinchBaking soda
  25. PinchBaking powder
  26. 1/4 tsp sugar
  27. 1 glassmilk for dal
  28. 1 cup malai
  29. 3-4 tsp cream
  30. As required Butter
  31. As required Chopped garlic
  32. 2Chopped green chillies

    Firstly boil the rajma and dal together with all the khade masale in it....
    Add salt also

    Now prepare a dough

    Maida + oil + curd +salt + baking powder + baking soda+ warm water as per required knead it properly keep it aside for two hours

    Tadka - taKe a pan put some oil + butter + onion paste + ginger and garlic paste saute it for few minutes.....till it turns golden brown n Now add tomato puree saute it now start adding masala (all spices)
    add milk to the boiled dal stir it continuously keep it on low flame now add tadka to it keep it on low flame for at least 2 hours....mix in between add malai to it

    Garnish with butter or cream

    Now start making naan

    On one side Apply garlic or green chillies & fresh dhaniya

    Apply water on one side and put it on hot tawa....

    Roast from both the sides.....naan is ready

    Serve Dal Makhani and garlic naan....
