Ingredients

  1. 250 grice
  2. 250 gmutton
  3. 5potatoes
  4. 2big onions
  5. 100 gyogurt
  6. 2lemons
  7. 1 cupoil
  8. 6green chillies
  9. 10dried mint leaves
  10. 1/4 tspZafran
  11. 1National biryani masala
  12. 7-8Dried plums
  13. 1 tspwhite zeera
  14. 2 tspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt whole black pepper red chilies cinnamon stick cloves bari Elaichi choti Elaichi kaari patta coriander seeds and saunf a small onion garlic ginger paste with mutton to make proper yakhni flavor.

    Cut onions into thin slices n fry in a pot(matka) in oil till golden brown then add garlic ginger paste and green chillies n dein add tomatoes n leave it to simmer for 5mins.

    Dein add mutton n potatoes and cook dem for about ten mins by adding yakhni to get flavor, add soaked dried plums n national biryani masala n dein leave it on a medium flame until the potatoes are cooked

    Boiled the rice by adding yakhni n salt n pepper n oil...then add yellow color n half lemon juice to it

    Add zafran to a half cup boiled water to get the color

    Mix yogurt with 1cup of boiled rice n zafran water

    Now layer the zafrani rice in the matka n keep it on a low flame for 25mins

    Now put half of rice in the matka n layer of mutton mixture dein rice n rest of the mixture n remaining rice on top...garnish with mint leaves n lemon slices n keep it on low flame for 10mins.
