Cooking Instructions

Soak basmati rice for 1/2 hr. In a big vessel boil water, once it starts boiling add the rice, salt and cook 80%. Strain and keep it aside.

Now in a small wok heat ghee, add cumin seeds, allow it to crackle. Pour the seasoning over the cooked rice. Garnish with coriander leaves. Mix well. Serve with hot dal fry or dal tadka.
