Cooking Instructions

First prepare all ingredients which we will require to make poha

Wash poha properly so that all dirty water is removed
Keep it in strainer
Put oil in pan add groundnuts & roast it till they are crispy - 3
Now take it out in plate & add mustard seeds then cumin seeds & hing Then curry leaves & onion then green Chilli & ginger

Then add haldi powder & salt then add washed poha in it then add sugar,lemon juice & coriander to it & mix it gently

Stir it & taste poha & if you want you can add salt or sugar or lemon juice as you want for your taste & add groundnut which we had fried to it.

Now stir it properly and close it for 5 minutes
Serve it hot with tea or coffee
Your yummy Kanda poha are ready to serve
