Ingredients

4 person
  1. 1 cupthick poha
  2. 1onion
  3. 6green Chilli
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 1/2 spoonhaldi powder
  6. 1 spoondhanya jeera powder
  7. 1/2lemon juice
  8. 2 spoonsugar
  9. 10curry leaves
  10. 2 spoonchop coriander
  11. 1/2 tspmustard seeds, cumin seeds & hing
  12. 4 spoonoil
  13. As per taste Salt
  14. 1 spoonsingdana (ground nut)

Cooking Instructions

    First prepare all ingredients which we will require to make poha

    Wash poha properly so that all dirty water is removed
    Keep it in strainer
    Put oil in pan add groundnuts & roast it till they are crispy

    Now take it out in plate & add mustard seeds then cumin seeds & hing Then curry leaves & onion then green Chilli & ginger

    Then add haldi powder & salt then add washed poha in it then add sugar,lemon juice & coriander to it & mix it gently

    Stir it & taste poha & if you want you can add salt or sugar or lemon juice as you want for your taste & add groundnut which we had fried to it.

    Now stir it properly and close it for 5 minutes
    Serve it hot with tea or coffee
    Your yummy Kanda poha are ready to serve
