Cooking Instructions

Mix the flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, one teaspoon of oil and little quantity of water, mix together and knead very well to get a smooth dough

For your samosa fillings ; You stir fry your minced meat, add seasoning and spices, add onions
- 3
For your springrolls filling, Stir fry your cabbage, carrot, onions with seasoning and spices
- 4
Make your samosa and springrolls wraps and fill them with their appropriate fillings
- 5
Fry using low heat and serve..Thank you
