Cooking Instructions

Sieve flour, rub-in oil and add water. Form and knead dough. Allow to rest

Form into smaller balls and roll each ball into small circles

Put oil and flour in each step of circle and merge. Roll into a bigger circle and dry fry. Separate the pastry.

For the filling; stir-fry the veggies. Add the honey, soy sauce and vinegar. Make a sealant with flour and water

Cut the circle into Four and fill. Wrap samosas like below

Deep fry samosas in oil and serve with a dip. I posted the recipe on my page.
