Delicious Mouthfreshner made from fennel seeds (Sauf), sugar rock ( mishri), black currants, and almonds...to eat after a meal.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupfennel seeds (snauf)
  2. 1/2 cupsugar rocks / sugar candy(mishri)
  3. 1/4 cupblack currants (black raisins)
  4. 2 tbsproughly chopped roasted almonds flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and pat dry black currants/ black raisins.

  2. 2

    Grind fennel seeds (u don't have to roast) and sugar rocks coarsely in a mixer jar for 30 seconds.

    Add black currants and grind again for 1 minute.

    Transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add & mix roasted almonds flakes.

  5. 5

    Store in an airtight container. Serve Relish delicious Fennel Seeds-Black Currants Mouthfreshner after a meal.
