Fire Turkey Rice (Taco Bell sauce)
I don't know about you all, but in our house we have a kitchen drawer full of just random sauces and fast food condiments. I wanted to put some use to them since I was low on chili options and didn't feel like going my regular "tomato bell pepper" blends. Came out pretty alright if you ask me ;-) lol

Shrimp & Grit Cakes (Kentucky Bourbon Butter Sauce)
Inspired by Southern “Low-Country” kitchens and dining tables, this dish is easy to prepare and looks and tastes delicious. It’s ideal as a main dish or as a first-course menu item, but in smaller plate portions. Tip: Prepare the grits an hour prior to cooking, since this all comes together rather quickly.

Rice Noodles with Chicken, Peanut Sauce, and Lime
A colorful dish for such a cloudy week! 😶🌫️I love this dish for its contrast of flavors and how satisfying it is. It's a kind of Pad Thai (my absolute favorite dish in the whole world, along with pizza haha) that isn't quite Pad Thai but still hits the spot. I wanted to try it with some rice noodles I bought at a little shop near my house. This can be made with noodles, pasta, or any kind of noodles.I hope you like it 🤗

Japanese Hamburg Steak + Demi-Glace Sauce with Rice
Last week, I attended a trial cooking class at ABC Cooking Studio. They offered three menu options, two of which were baked goods, but since I don't have an oven in my condo, I opted for the Hamburg steak class. It turned out great, so I decided to make it at home and share the recipe with you all.The ingredients listed here are for one serving... In the picture, I made enough for four servings, so it looks like a lot.

Refreshing Pork Don Rice Bowl with Ponzu Sauce and Grated Daikon Radish
The usual sweet-salty sauce is great but sometimes you want to eat something refreshing with vinegar.I had a delicius pork donburi once with ponzu sauce once, so I tried making it myself. It's so light that you end up eating quite a lot of rice with it.Shred the cabbage finely. I save time by using grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce. For 2 servings. Recipe by mikun

Rice Gratin with Easy Homemade Bechamel Sauce
I've been making this rice gratin (doria) for some time. I always used to eyeball the ingredients, so I measured them properly for when my daughter wants to make it.When making the bechamel sauce, add the milk all at once and raise the heat to high, and just keep mixing and mixing until it starts bubbling! That's it! If you add cheese, the sauce will become richer! Leftover sauce can be used to make a special croque-monsieur for breakfast!! Recipe by Naomoka

Rice Mold with Cheese Sauce
An impressive and unique presentation of rice for a buffet or dinner table. The result will satisfy you both visually and taste-wise.A few more secretsInstead of a ring mold, you can use a disposable aluminum cake mold. The ingredient quantities I provide are for such a mold. To prevent the dish from becoming too salty, make sure the kefalograviera cheese you use is not too salty. This recipe, with some variations, is from Mrs. Alexiadou.
