Ingredients

  1. 1 cupyogurt
  2. 3 kgrice
  3. 2 kgchicken qeema
  4. 10-12green chillies
  5. 3medium onions
  6. mint few leaves
  7. coriander few leaves
  8. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  9. salt to taste
  10. 1 tbspcardamom +cumin powder
  11. 1/2 tbspgarlic powder
  12. 1/2 tbspginger powder
  13. 1/4 tbspwhite pepper
  14. 1/4 tbspblack pepper
  15. pinchfood color
  16. 1/2 tbsphaldi powder
  17. 1 tbspchicken masala
  18. 1 tbspQorma masala
  19. 1/2 tbsppapita powder
  20. 1-2 tbspkuti hui lal mirch

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For kofta:
    Take chicken qeema in a bowl, add red chili powder, coriander leaves, green chilies,mint leaves,salt,cardomom cumin powder, coriander leave,fried onion, mix them. Add make koftas of it

    For salan:
    Fry onion, add koftas, and all masalas except yogurt, green chilies, mint leaves and coriander leaves.when koftas are cooked, add yogurt and cook till oil separates add mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilies.

    For rice
    Boil rice with salt
    Add orange food color in a bowl add rice,add haldi powder above rice

    Mix salan and rice...and your biryani is ready
