Ingredients

  1. 290 gflour
  2. 60 gsugar
  3. 10 gbaking powder
  4. 1.25 gbaking soda
  5. 440 mLwarm milk
  6. 1Large egg, room temperature
  7. 10 mLvanilla
  8. 60 g of melted cooled butter

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and create a well in the center.

    Whisk all wet ingredients into a bowl and pour into the well in the dry ingredients.

    Mix until just combined. Do not over mix or pancakes will be rubbery.

    Cook Approx 1/4 cup in fry pan on medium low heat. When bubbles appear across surface of pancake, flip.

    Add butter, syrup, jam, or your favorite topping. Enjoy!
