Cooking Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and create a well in the center.

Whisk all wet ingredients into a bowl and pour into the well in the dry ingredients.

Mix until just combined. Do not over mix or pancakes will be rubbery.

Cook Approx 1/4 cup in fry pan on medium low heat. When bubbles appear across surface of pancake, flip.

Add butter, syrup, jam, or your favorite topping. Enjoy!
