Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsleftover rice
  2. 3bell peppers (1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow) cut to cubes
  3. 1small carrot cut in to cubes
  4. 150 gramschicken breast
  5. 1diced white onion
  6. 2 tbspcooking oil
  7. Salt to taste

    Prep your ingredients

    In a woke, add the cooking oil and the chicken cubes. Stir-fry on medium heat until well done.

    Remove the cubes and add onions in the same oil

  4. 4

    Add the bell peppers and stir for a few mins. Then add rice and chicken cubes and continue stirring for 3-5 mins

  5. 5

    Remove and serve as desired. I served with lentils
