Ingredients

  1. 6 cupsflour
  2. 2 cupssour milk
  3. 2 cupssugar
  4. 1 tspvanilla essence (optional)
  5. 250 gmargerine
  6. 1 tspturmeric (for yellow colour)
  7. 6 tspbaking powder
  8. 5eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Mix sour milk, vanilla essential, turmeric, 4 eggs

    Whisk 1 egg aside

  3. 3

    Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Then add margerine and mix

  4. 4

    Add sour milk mixture to the flour mixture. Mix the two mixtures

  5. 5

    Spray your baking pans with cooking spray

  6. 6

    Use a spoon to cut your mixture into the pan. Use the back of your spoon to pat the the mixture.

  7. 7

    Use a baking brush to apply eggs on top of your cookies for shinny look

  8. 8

    Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until golden on top
