  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. 3 tbspButter or margerine
  3. 1 pinchSalt
  4. 2 tbspBaking Powder
  5. 1/3 cupSugar
  6. 2 tbspGreek Yogurt / sour milk/ sour cream
  7. 2Eggs

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    -cut in flour and butter with 2 knives

  2. 2

    When it is all mixed together, sprinkle parchement paper with flour and put the whole mixture onto the paper. Make sure the mix isnt too liquid or hard

  3. 3

    Shape into 6 or 8 smaller triangles

  4. 4

    Brush w/ milk

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with sugar (approx.1 tbsp)
