Cooking Instructions

First heat the water in a pan. When the water boils, add pasta to it, add olive oil and salt, mix well and boil the pasta.

Now when the pasta is boiled, immediately put it in a strainer and drain all the water. Add cold water on top and set aside.

Now put water in another pan to heat the water. Then cut the tomatoes in the plus and add these tomatoes and dried whole Kashmiri red chillies and boil on fast gas flame till the tomato peel is slightly shrunk.

Now take out this tomato, put it in cold water for a while and peel it. Then add to a mixer jar and take grind a fine paste.

Now heat olive oil in another pan, add chopped garlic, saute on low heat, add chopped onion, saute till it changes color. Then add tomato paste, mix it and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add black pepper powder, chili flakes and mix herbs and mix well.

Now add boiled pasta and mix well. Add cheese and mix well. Turn off the gas flame.

Now our Penne Arrabiata Pasta is ready to serve. Garnish this pasta with cheese and serve.
