Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and grate them

Squeeze some of the water out using the cloth method.

Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the orange juice and lemon grass

Let the potatoes soak for roughly thirty minutes then drain them again
- 5
Put the Vegetable oil in a pan and let it heat (I waited for around 7 minutes)then put your potatoes and let them fry till they brown

Remove them and place them in a bowl lined with serviettes so as to drain the remaining oil..

Season with salt (to your taste) and let them cool for a while..

Enjoy
