Despite so many benefits of the ridge gourd or sponge gourd peels we discard the peel. These peels are good in dietary fibers, vitamin A,Vitamin C and many many nutrients. So why not to use them and make some delicious recipes which are not a head turner as well as applealing to kids too.
Lets make delicious crispy dosa with these peels which is instant, quick and can be had as a breakfast or evening snack.
Happy cooking and keep sharing food love
