Simple dish for great happiness 😁

I'm an eggplant lover and my daughter definitely is not. Either way she and I love this recipe. Its different, delicious, and definitely a meal we will never turn away. Everyone should try this at least once in life. Those who don't are definitely missing out on a wordly delight.

Great for casual meals where you can shape the patties into small bites . If it's for dinner, turn into round patties, slice some cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and then combine it with your favorite sauce (chili and tomato sauces works fine) and you're good to go. Healthy One-Dish Cooking

I wanted to make a healthy meal using soy meat.Since the mixture doesn't become very sticky, it might be difficult to bring together but letting it rest in the refrigerator will make it easier to work with.The photos show burgers, but you can use this to stuff bell peppers or shiitake mushrooms as well.Since it will harden while in the refrigerator, you can also form them into meatballs. This was a Great Idea! 👏👏👏 (seriously, 🙄 it was as wide as & longer than my carton of eggs!😂🥳)
