Most stuffed pepper recipes on this app are whole peppers. I have done them that way but they're too much for the kids. Half is plenty for them and they look like little boats done this way! They like a mild curry boat with some homemade naan bread, yum! Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -

Veggie (or Quinoa) Rice Veggie (or Quinoa) Rice
This was awesome! I substituted with quinoa this time and it was just awesome. I had some quinoa already cooked so I sautéd the veggies per the instructions, left out the water, stirred in the quinoa and seasoning and finished with the parmesan. So good and so much healthier! :chef Brenda -

A hearty soup with rice served over tortilla chips. Its simple seasoning makes it a warm dish that kids will love. The origin of this recipeI was inspired by a recipe from a children's magazine called Jack & Jill, which my 8-year-old son receives. I was drawn to the combination of soup with rice and chips, so I made some adjustments to the ingredients and method to suit my taste. My family enjoyed it together.Burky

Rice Dressing—an ancient, authentic, Cajun recipe from Richard (ree-shard) Louisiana Rice Dressing—an ancient, authentic, Cajun recipe from Richard (ree-shard) Louisiana
Well friends, here it is. I’d never eaten cornbread dressing while growing up. Didn’t even know what it was. This is the dressing I’ve eaten at the holidays my entire life. My mom would make it every year and the smell of it in the house was a sure sign I was about to have rice dressing. We only got it at thanksgiving and Christmas. Why we never had it any other time of the year, I don’t know. It kept it special♥️ easiest recipe ever. I wonder sometimes if this is what people are calling dirty rice. Either way, it’s unctuous. Basmati Rice with Chicken, Jon Style Basmati Rice with Chicken, Jon Style
Yesterday we went to visit our youngest son. I wanted to bring something, so I decided to make this chicken and rice dish that everyone loves. I removed the skin from the chicken, deboned it, and cut it into small pieces. I put the bones in a pot with water, cooked them for a while, strained the broth, reduced it to concentrate the flavor, and used it to make the rice. We saved some of the chicken and rice for ourselves to eat today; we reheated it and served it with a couple of fried eggs on top. It was delicious. Basmati rice is an Indian rice.
