Well I had leftover ribeye steak from earlier barbecue and decide to use it to prepare an other delicious meal for dinner!
It came out pretty good : )

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. Stew
  2. 1Pre cooked ribeye steak
  3. 2Tomatoes
  4. 1Onion
  5. 3 cloveGarlic
  6. 1/2Bell pepper
  7. 1 tbspOrganic beef base
  8. 1 tspCurry powder
  9. 1 tspRed pepper
  10. 4 tbspOlive oil
  11. 1 cupRice
  12. 1 bunchBay leafs

Cooking Instructions

25 mins
  1. 1

    Cut in small cubes the steak, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes

  2. 2

    Put it all together in a pan

  3. 3

    Add bay leafs, curry powder, red peppers, salt and olive oil

  4. 4

    Let the mix cook for 15 or until you get a stew

  5. 5

    Mix the stew with rice and let cook for more 15 min or so

  6. 6

    Serve with your favorite salad and wine and enjoy : )))
