  3. as neededFresh coriander
  4. 4-5curry leaves
  5. 250 gmbesan
  6. as required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled the potatoes and mash it in a large mixing bowl, add salt and mix it properly

    Take a small pan,add 2 tsp oil,add mustard seed when sputter add hing, green chilli paste, curry leaves, haldi and mix it and add it in a mashed potatoes mixture and mix it properly,Add fresh coriander and give a quick mix. Your potato mixture is ready, keep it aside.

    Take a slice of bread,spread potato mixture on one side of bread, repeat same for other bread and keep aside.

    Ready the batter,by adding water in besan and make a thick smooth batter,add salt as per taste. Dip the bread potato mixture in bread and deep fry it, fry it till golden brown and remove it on paper towel. (Add pinch of baking soda in a besan batter at time of frying)

    Cut into shape of your choice and enjoy with cup of hot tea and tomato sauce.
