Besan wali bread
Steps

Take besan, ajwain, salt and red chilli powder to a bowl and make a batter mixing water.

Add chopped coriander leaves

Batter shouldn’t be very thick or runny.

Cut bread slices. I have used multigrain bread.

Add some oil to a non stick pan and heat them up.

Dip slices in the batter one by one and place them in hot pan.

Flip them once and let it cook on the other side

Take out when done properly from both the sides. Serve with ketchup and enjoy hot
