Ingredients

  1. 4 slicesbread
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. As per taste Salt
  4. 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  5. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  6. Few coriander leaves
  7. As RequiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the batter of besan with water.

  2. 2

    Season with salt and all masalas.

  3. 3

    Cut bread slices from centre.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan.

  5. 5

    Dip the slices in the batter and fry them.

  6. 6

    Cook both sides till crispy.

  7. 7

    Pack with sauce.
