There is nothing like a cozy mug of hot chocolate during the cold winter months.This is a combination of cocoa powder,milk chocolate and thick cream that makes a delicious comforting drink within minutes.

Boil milk in a saucepan.When it is just warm add some milk to the cocoa powder and make a slurry.Now boil milk with sugar,vanilla essence, chocolate grated, 1 tbsp cream and add the cocoa slurry stirring constantly till chocolate melts and mixes well with milk.

Pour in individual cups, and garnish with a teaspoon of thick cream,grated chocolate,some dry cocoa powder and serve hot.
