Refreshing Orange Icebox Cookies Refreshing Orange Icebox Cookies
I had a lot of orange peel, and so decided to make these refreshing and delicious cookies.I wanted find a way to make cookie dough that would be easy to mold into shapes, but come out crispy as well.If you freeze the dough too much, it will break apart when slicing. You only need to leave the dough in the freezer for about 20 minutes. If you leave it in longer, transfer it into the refrigerator for a bit before cutting. Recipe by En93 cookpad.japan -

I actually didn't mean to make cookies....they were kind of a happy accident as I should have been making cupcakes but my mix was too thick and I didn't have any more milk left to thin it down so I had to amend it a bit. The kids devoured them in no time regardless! Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -
