Cooking Instructions

Gosht ko achi trhan wash Kar k Ek patily Mein dalen
Sth hai oil, onion, Ginger Garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, Haldi powder, dhaniya powder, green chillies, 2-3 glass water & Tomatoes cut kar k add kijye
Aur tez anch py boil any tak pkaen. - 2
Then flame km Kar k cover kar k gosht galny tak pkaen,
Gosht gal jae to achi trhan bhunen, oil alag hojae to aloo cut kar k add kijye, aur gravy k hisab sy water Kar k pehly boil any tak tez anch py pkaen, aur phr flame slow Kar k Aloo galny pkaen. - 3
Aloo gal jaen, aur gravy ready hojae to phr Hari mirchen, garam masala powder or hara dhaniya add Kar dein.
