I got this recipe from Cookpad author, I normally do mine with only white rice and water but for this one she added flour and it’s really nice., though she said you can either use flour, semo. @cook_Fadila come and see my trial

Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupswhite rice
  2. Water as required
  3. Some flour/semo/ corn flour
  4. Big pot

Cooking Instructions

    Fist of all you need to pick all the dirty once in the white rice,filter it wash it,drain it and set aside.

    In a big clean pot heat some water and let it boil

    Add your washed rice to the boil water.

  4. 4

    Allow it to cook very well and turn it. Then, mash the cooked rice.

    At this stage add the flour/semo /corn flour and keep on stirring it very well. Note; don’t let the water in the rice dries up before adding the flour:semo if not it will be very hard. Enjoy it with any soup of your choice.

    Shape it with anything of your choice or tie it in nylon like mine.I enjoyed mine with dried okra soup
