Ingredients

  • rice (you could use basmati rice or any type you have)
  • 3raw eggs,pimento pepper chilli pepper, runner beans,
  • you can use parsley celery or another vegetables you want)
  • soft boneless chicken, your white and black pepper thyme, curry
  • salt, ginger and garlic, light soy sauce, paprika, oragano,
  • if you want to add more vegetables you could add carriot
  • green pepper, green peas

Steps

  1. 1

    First you boil your chicken with little water no salt added just your chicken spices than allow to cook for 35 minutes than bring down also Place your work on fire and add very little olive oil or any good oil you have before than break your egg in a bowl and add pinch of salt with ginger and garlic and whisk than you pour it inside the hot oil and stir it till it's lightly golden. Than bring it out from the work pan and place on a plate clean the work pan and add oil on it and place

    It on the fire than bring your boiled chicken and allow it fry for a bit than you add your ginger, garlic salt should be little than your maggi and stir while frying you can add in your carriot pimento pepper,chilli pepper, green pepper and allow it fry for a while before than your rice is boiling, you add in your fried egg inside the chicken mixture than your boiled rice make sure all the ingredients mix well with the rice than allow to mix and cook for a while than add your runner beans.

    Than bring it down place your parsley or celery and your egg is ready.
