Cooking Instructions

Boil palak,sarso,1/2 tsp salt,2tsp sukha atta and 6-7green chillies for 1 hour on sim in cooker. 1whistle on high.then sim.

Heat ghee in a kadai and saute ginger garlic paste to it followed by onions.saute till pink.

Add chopped tomatoes with 1/2tsp salt,left over green chillies,red chilli powder and turmeric

Saute till ghee leaves the sides. Puree/coarsely blend the boiled saag in mixie. Add it to tomatoes.

Sieve makkai ka atta. Add milk as needed to make dough followed by 1/2tsp salt and ajjwain

Roll them and prepare it with ghee like normal roti
- 7
Serve hot with lots of white butter and raddish!
