Ingredients

  1. 3 bundlesaag or 1 kg saag
  2. Halfkg spinach or palak
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 2green chilli chopped
  6. Coriander leaves estimated 1 bowl
  7. 2 tablespoonsginger garlic grated
  8. PinchASAFETIDA
  9. 1 tablespoonsalt
  10. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  11. Halftablespoon turmeric
  12. Halfteaspoon black pepper powder
  13. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  14. 1 tablespoongaram masala or kitchen king
  15. 1 tablespooncumin powder
  16. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  17. Halfteaspoon red deggie mirch powder
  18. 1 scoopmakki ka atta

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl wash and chopped saag with spinach

  2. 2

    Now in pressure cooker add with saag,spinach and coriander leaves with ASAFETIDA and salt only

  3. 3

    Now boil it and have three to four whistles

  4. 4

    Grind it with hand blender

  5. 5

    For tadka- in a pan roast cumin seeds+ginger+garlic

  6. 6

    Make them golden and put onion

  7. 7

    Roast it then add tomatoes with all the spices

  8. 8

    Make proper tadka spreading oil all around

  9. 9

    Other side boil and grinded saag again boil after adding makki ka atta.for 10 to 12 minute

  10. 10

    Now add tadka and mix well then again stir for 5 minute enough

  11. 11

    Yummy delicious saag is ready
