Ingredients

  1. 2 packsIndomie noodles
  2. 1/2 cupchopped coconut
  3. Carrots, tomatoes, scotchbonnets & green pepper
  4. cubeSpices & seasoning
  5. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the noodles in cinnamon water, drain. Wash the veggies well

  2. 2

    Slice the tomatoes, carrot, chop the scotchbonnet & green pepper, add oil & seasoning cube with mixed spices to fry it, add the coconut, keep frying then add the boiled Indomie, stir.

  3. 3

    Reduce the flame & allow it to simmer, then enjoy.
