Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgramflour
  2. as per taste Salt
  3. 2large sized potatoes
  4. 1 spoonRed chilli powder
  5. 1 spoonBlack pepper powder
  6. 1 spoonChat masala
  7. as required Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Add all the spices to the flour and mix all together along with water until its flowy.

    Now peel and cut the potatoes vertically.

  3. 3

    Now dip these potatoes into the prepared slury and deep fry in the boiling hot oil.

    Keep frying till they are nice golden.

  5. 5

    Now drain off them on a tissue paper.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some chat masala over it and serve with ketchup or minty sauce.
