It is one of my husband’s favorite and I have made this several times. This time I want to share you how to make it. You will never buy it from the store anymore. The sour of blueberries and the sweet are melted in your mouth, plus the crumb topping is irresistible. Let’s do it😋😋

Bahan-bahan

30-40 minutes
1 dozen
  1. For The Muffin
  2. 1 1/2 cupsall purpose flour (1 1/2 cup tepung serbaguna)
  3. 3/4 cupsugar (3/4 cup gula pasir)
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoonsbaking powder (1 1/2 sendok teh pengembang kue)
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt (1/2 sendok teh garam)
  6. 1egg (1 butir telur)
  7. 1/3 cupvegetable oil (I use sunflower and avocado oil) (1/3 cup minyak goreng)
  8. 1/3 cupmilk plus 3 tablespoons (I use oat milk) (1/3 cup susu cair plus 3 sendok makan)
  9. 1 cupfresh blueberries, or frozen (I use frozen, do need to thaw them) (1 cup blueberries segar atau yang beku)
  10. For Crumb Topping
  11. 1/3 cupall purpose flour (1/3 cup tepung serbaguna)
  12. 1/2 cupbrown sugar (1/2 cup gula merah)
  13. 4 tablespoonsbutter, softened, cubed (4 sendok makan nentega, suhu ruangan, potong dadu)
  14. 1 1/2 teaspoonsground cinnamon (1 1/2 sendok teh bubuk kayu manis)

Cara Membuat

  1. 1

    For the muffin.

    Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line muffins cup with muffin liners. (Panaskan oven di suhu 400 F. Siapkan loyang muffin)

    In a medium bowl, mix well all purpose flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. (Dalam wadahukuran sedang, campur tepung serbaguna, gula pasir garam dan pengembang kue sampai rata)

    Make a hole in the center of the flour mixture. Pour in vegetable oil, milk and egg. Mix well. (buat lubang di tengah campuran tepung dan masukkan minyak goreng, susu dan telur. Aduk sampai rata)

    Fold in blueberries and mix until just combined. (Masukkan blueberries, jangan overmix)

  5. 5

    For The Crumb Topping

    In a small bowl, combine together all purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon until combined. (Dalam wadah kecil campur tepung serbaguna, gula merah dan bubuk kayu manis sampai rata)

    Add in butter and mix with fork until fully combined. (Masukkan mentega dan campur dengan menggunakan garpu sampai rata)

    Fill the muffin cups until 3/4 half full and sprinkle with the crumb topping. Bake for 20-25 minute or until the crumb topping is hardened or use a toothpick and stick to the center of muffin and it comes out clean. (Isi loyang muffin sampai 3/4 saja, taburkan topping. Panggang selama 20-25 menit atau sampai topping mengeras dan tusuk gigi di tusuk ke bagian tengah muffin, dan tusuk gigi bersih, tidak ada adonan yang menempel)
