Winter is the time when we are gifted with a unique leafy green vegetable known as METHI .......its a popular winter green which is popular for its distinct flavor along with health benefits.

Cooking Instructions

Roughly chop Methi leaves.
- 2
Marinade Methi leaves with salt and keep in rest for 10 - 15 minutes, after a few minutes Methi leaves water.

Take wheat flour and add salt + carom seeds + ginger paste + oil + squeezed Methi leaves and mix nicely. Add water as required and make dough.

Now make medium size balls from the dough and start making Parathas with the help of a board and rolling pin.

Now toast/cook each paratha on tawa by adding oil.

Tomato chutney.

Methi paratha is ready, serve with tomato chutney + green Chutney or masala curd.
