Cara Memasak

Sediakan bahan-bahan yang digunakan.

Didihkan air dan masukkan maggi kari big bersama soh hoon dalam 5 minit. Kemudian toskan. Letak ke tepi.

Pastu, tumis bawang merah dan putih hingga garing. Kemudian, masukkan cili yang sudah dipotong bersama Bacon. Tumis sebentar barulah masukkan 1 biji telur.

Bila sudah masak, masukkan mee yang telah ditoskan tadi. Tambahkan secukup rasa dan kari maggi.

Aduk-adukan sampai sekata rasa dia, terus dah boleh hidangkan. Selamat mencuba 💪

Sebut saja mi kolok, suami dan anak-anak saya mesti suka kegirangan dah macam kanak-kanak Ribena dah 🤭. Mi kolok ni saya masak untuk berbuka puasa. Bahan-bahan sampingan semua sudah tersedia cuma tinggal nak makan baru nak celurkan mi sebab mi kolok ni sedap kalau dimakan panas-panas. Bila waktu berbuka tiba-tiba pulak gas untuk memasak habis. Gas spare pula lupa nak beli. Dah lah PKP ni memang susah nak keluar tapi kalau tak keluar beli gas nampak nya tak makan la.
