  1. 1/2Chinese chives
  2. 100 gBean sprouts
  3. Seasoning ingredients
  4. 1table spoon Ponzu
  5. 1/3tea spoon Chinese soup stock powder
  6. 4 g(1 small pack) Bonito flakes/ Katsuobushi

Cara Memasak

  1. 1

    Cut Chinese chives in 5cm length. Put together with bean sprouts in a heat resistant container and heat in the microwave for 4 mins under 600w.

    Remove excessive liquid and mix with ponzu, Chinese soup stock powder and katsuobushi.

  3. 3

    Enjoy!
