Japanese Shirodashi based hotpot soup 🇯🇵 Japanese Shirodashi based hotpot soup 🇯🇵
Although I usually prefer to make dashi with a traditional way of using bonito flakes or kombu kelp, Shirodashi(白だし) is very useful when I am tired or busy. Shirodashi is a concentrated dashi soup base. Just by mixing the soup base with water to dilute, we can make a delicious soup!If you can find Shirodashi in a supermarket, please try this easy and delicious hot pot! Kanaaneko -
