In a bowl wash poha and rinse it well keep it aside.

In a card I hate the cooking oil and fry peas seeds keep it aside...

In the same kadhai at curry leaves and cumin seed weight for crackles then at job onion and saute it until it becomes light brown....

Now add diced onion and all above-mentioned salt turmeric powder coriander powder red chilli powder dry ingredients.....

Still it continuously in a low medium heat now at peas it and washed poha to it you can add fried groundnuts too now add chat masala and lemon juice to it mix it well....

Now it is ready to serve before serving garnish with coriander leaves......
