  2. 1/4 Cupararut,or maida
  3. 8-10Pista for decoration
  4. 2 Cupssugar,
  5. 2 cupswater for syrup,
  6. as required Some strands of kesar
  7. as required Ghee for fry

    With the help of palms mash mava to make soft.Add maida in it & again knead to make soft & like as roti dough.If necessary add little water.Then make small balls. No crack found.

    Heat ghee in kadai. Sim flame. Fry gulab jamun

  3. 3

    Mix sugar, water. & Keep to boil. When it start boiling slow the flame & boil for 5 to 6 minutes. Add gulab jamun in it
