Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl, cobin the all-purpose flour, cardamom powder and baking powder mix very well.

In another bowl, add the butter and sugar together. Whisk well and the vanilla essence and continue whisking until the mixture turns pale.

Add the coconut powder to it.

Now, cobin the coconut mixture with the all-purpose flour and mix well. It should from a crumbly mixture.

Add the little milk at a time to from a soft and pliable dough.

From balls flatten the cookie little and dip the top of the cookie in some coconut powder.

Please the cookies at a distance from each another on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degree C for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.

Let cool for 10 minutes and then serve.
