Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cuplight brown sugar
  • 1/4 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1large egg
  • 3/4 cupcreamy peanut butter
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cupchocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream together butter and sugars

  2. 2

    Mix in peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract in that order.

  3. 3

    Slowly mix in baking soda and flour, don't over mix

  4. 4

    Fold in chocolate chips with a wooden spoon

  5. 5

    Chill for atleast 30 Minutes

  6. 6

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  7. 7

    Drop chilled dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes
