Monroan Ranch Burger w/Swiss on Kings Hawaiian Bun

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround Beef
  2. 1/2 pkRanch Seasoning
  3. 1 TBSDukes Mayonnaise for beef mix (or your choice mayo)
  4. as required Montreal Steak Seasoning (to taste as desired)
  5. as required Kings Hawaiian Buns (or sweet buns)
  6. as required Swiss Cheese
  7. as required Mayonnaise or Mustard as preferred

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, add ground beef, 1TBS Mayonnaise, 1/2pk Ranch Seasoning, and Montreal Steak Seasoning. Mix well and form into patties.

    In a non-stick skillet, spray with canola oil or cooking spray. Preheat to medium-high heat then add patties.

    Fry the patties each side for 4 minutes or until desired doneness

  4. 4

    Split bun and add a slice Swiss cheese, heat in microwave til chz has partially melted

  5. 5

    Add cooked beef patty to bottom half bun, then add your Mayonnaise or Mustard to inside of top half of bun.

  6. 6

    Form your sandwich and serve!
