Ingredients

  1. 1 cuparhar daal
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. As Per TasteAs per test salt
  4. Half tablespoon red chilli powder
  5. Half tablespoon turmeric powder
  6. Half tablespoon garam masala
  7. 2 Tablespoonsghee
  8. 1/4 tablespooncumin seeds
  9. 1 pinchHing
  10. 2onions
  11. 2Tomatoes

    Soak dal and rice separately for half-hour.

    Wash arhar dal with water and cook in pressure cooker along with salt and turmeric powder. Add 4 cup of water. After 2 whistles off the flame.

    After releasing the steam open the lid and stir cooked dal very well.

    Meanwhile, heat a kadhai add 2tsp ghee.,then add hing and cumin seed when it splutters then add finely chopped tomatoes.

    Add red chili powder little bit of salt and coriander leaf...cook for a while for 5min.

    After that pour the daal mix it well.

    Cook rice by adding double the water on the high flame when 95% cooked add ghee cover the lid for five minutes cook in low flame switch off the flame rice is ready.
