Ingredients

  1. 4chicken breasts diced
  2. 1large onion diced
  3. 5tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 tspgaram masala
  5. 1 tspground turmeric
  6. 2 tspchilli powder
  7. 2 tspground cumin
  8. 2 tspground coriander
  9. 2 tbsfresh chopped ginger
  10. 4garlic cloves chopped
  11. 3chillies chopped
  12. 3 tbsghee
  13. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  14. 100 mlwater
  15. Salt
  16. Chopped fresh coriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat your oil in a pan

    Add your chopped ginger, garlic and chillies and cook for a min

  3. 3

    Add in your chopped onion and sauté for 3-4mins

  4. 4

    Once the onions are golden brown add in your chopped tomatoes, water, seasoning and salt and mix well

  5. 5

    Cover and cook until the sauce has thickened

  6. 6

    Once the sauce has thickened add in your diced chicken and make sure its coated

  7. 7

    Cook for about 20mins until the chicken is tender and cooked through

  8. 8

    Once cooked add in your lemon juice and then top with your chopped coriander

  9. 9

    Serve with naan or pilau rice and enjoy
