Cooking Instructions

Take a large bowl add all-purpose flour, wheat flour and salt. Add carrom seeds, kasuri methi and oil. Mix it well. Now add little water make a soft dough, keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Take a pan heat it and add some oil, now add cumin seeds, green chili,hing saute for 30sec, now add red chilli powder,haldi powder saute for 10sec, now add frozen peas into it add salt and cover it for 5 min, let it cool, now grind it roughly.

Take a little dough make a ball now stuff the green peas mixture in the dough and make a ball and shape like a kachori,

Heat oil now fry it in low to medium flame till it turn golden brown and cryspy, it takes Al most 10 min to perfect cryspy and crunchy kachori.

Now your khasta kachori is ready. Serve it hot with aloo sabji.
