Steps

Thinly slice all your potatoes and add them to a large mixing bowl

Add your onion, mustards, heavy cream, salt and pepper then mix well separating any potatoes stuck together so it’s all evenly coated

Add the mixture to a casserole dish and spread evenly, cover with tinfoil and place in oven for 1 hour

Remove the tinfoil after 1 hour and add your cheeses, then place back in the oven for 20 minutes

Serve and enjoy!
