My life is like a roller coaster didn’t get a chance to prepare Ramadan frozen before Ramazan. So I made it yesterday and today will do stuffing. My girl loves her mumma k rolls and samosa in Iftar but due to my busy schedule didn’t get a chance to do before ahead. So later will share my roll folding recipe. So stay tuned. ☺️

Cooking Instructions

Boil chicken with garlic ginger paste, salt and pepper. Dried it up and shred chicken properly. Cook it down.

Chop fine all vegetables. Take a wok, pour oil and add chicken first then all chopped vegetables.

Put salt, pepper and chinese salt

Then pour soya sauce with white pepper

Mix it well but stirring.
Tip: flame should be high and do not cook for more than 2 mins otherwise the crunchiness of vegetables gets spoiled as well as capsicum leaves the water too. - 6
Cool it down first the. Stuff it in spring roll wrapper and enjoy your spring roll for iftar.
