Ingredients

  1. 10cashews
  2. 10almonds
  3. 2 tspraisin
  4. 1 cupbeans
  5. 1 cupcarrots
  6. 1 cupcauliflower florets
  7. 1 cuppeas
  8. 1 cuphot milk with saffron
  9. 2onion sliced
  10. 1 bowlaldante boil rice
  11. Few leaves mint and coriander
  12. As Per TasteSalt
  13. 1 tspwhole spices

Cooking Instructions

    Take all vegetables cut into long strips. All vegetables are fried in hot oil.

    All dry fruits are fried in oil. Then sliced onion fried in dark brown colour.

    Then the fried onion and fried nuts keep inside.

    Take a wok put all spices then add salt and all fried vegetables mix.

    Then aldante boil rice spread in vegetables then put fried onion and fried nuts.

    Then put saffron milk, mint, and coriander cover with a lid, and simmer for five minutes.

    After simmering mix in carefully and enjoy Navrattan pulao.
